Description of my issue: I get the following message after installation after installation and trying to retrieve my download id : You are not authorised to view this resource.
Could you assist please?

You have to log out and back in. This is a problem with Joomla! ACL and they way Joomla! caches them between sessions. After logging back in please go to this page: https://www.akeebabackup.com/instructions/1436-admin-tools-download-id.html
