Description of my issue: I am getting this email below, but this is me in there working and it locks me out as I have auto blocking set any ideas/suggestions on what could be causing this? I can unblock no issue.

I am not sure I understand this.

Which email do you get? I don't see any attachments to your ticket. If you can't attach the file, please forward me the email to nicholas at this domain name. Make sure you mention it's about ticket #13474.

Alternatively you can tell me the Reason mentioned in the email and the referer URL.
