Description of my issue:
Hi I lost my secret word to login on my site.
Is there a possibility to reset or to find it?

You can easily reset it following our troubleshooting instructions. Once you get to your site's back-end, just go to Admin Tools and change the secret word. Remember to rename back the file after you're done.
