Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the related troubleshooter articles above before posting (which pages?)? yes
Have I searched the tickets before posting? yes
Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)?yes
Joomla! version: (2.5.6)
PHP version: (5.2.17)
MySQL version: (5.1.62 )
Host: (optional, but it helps us help you)
Admin Tools version: (2.3.2)

Description of my issue:

hello, when running 2.3.2 it showed by message that an update was waiting...when i hit the update button i received the next error: -1 - An error has occurred. Copy failed

Thing is, the same thing happend with previous version......So i uninstalled it and started over......
Now it happens again......im using it on a website that i carefull with....but this is unacceptable....
I bought pro, but this is crap....
And to make it even worse, the admin tools pro disapeared from my components ....
I cant see it anymore...

The first issue you have, regarding installing the component, is a permissions issue on your server. See the installation troubleshooter, from "Checking your temporary directory" onwards.

Regarding the second problem, it is a Joomla! bug which I reported on April 17th, 2011. My patch was accepted, as you can see, on August 9th, 2012. It's not my fault that the patch for a Joomla! bug which I REPORTED AND FIXED didn't get included in the Joomla! core for over a year!!! FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! Oh, not to mention that a viable, yet manual, workaround is included in the installation troubleshooting guide and follow the workaround under "Joomla! 1.6/1.7/2.5 installation problems".

So, basically, what you called "crap" and "unacceptable" boils down to:
a. having permissions issues on your site
b. a Joomla! bug which I reported and fixed
Both of those issues are not caused by me or my code. It's your choice if you want to follow the troubleshooting instructions, but calling my software "crap" because you do not understand the fundamentals of running your own site (temporary directory setup, file and directory permissions and ownership) is beyond me.

Hello, well its not crap... but fact is....its not a permissions issue...the overview of permissions prove that.....
i have no tmp or cache problems.....i never had any problems...

It is quite clear to me that you do not have the slightest idea how your site and your server work. You fail to understand the fundamentals of permissions and are oblivious to the fact that Joomla! lists the TOP LEVEL directories and if they are writable by PHP. It does not list the actual subdirectory which is being written to which may have different permissions.

Normally I would request access to your site to tell you exactly what's wrong and how to fix it, even though it's outside our support services. However you continue being hostile and arrogant. As per our support policy I am not obliged to support generic Joomla! Issues and in your case I will not. You are welcome to hire another Joomla! consultant, pay him 3 times as much as you did me so that he can tell you the same thing I did. This ticket is now closed.
