Hi,

I just signed up for the 1 year paid subcription for Admin Tools Professional. I don't see any download link for it in the "My Subscriptions" page of my account.

Can you tell me where is the Admin Tools Pro download link?
I don't have the free version of Admin Tools installed on my Joomla 2.5.6 site. Do I need to install the free version first and then get an upgrade license key to get Admin Tools Pro?

Thanks for any advice.

First try logging out and then back in to our site. Sometimes permissions in Joomla! get stuck. Then go to the My Subscriptions page. There is a direct link to your Admin Tools Professional download right below the list of subscriptions.
