I have been searching, where do I find Security Exceptions Log file?

It's not a file. These are written in the database. You can access the list by going to Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall, Security Exceptions Log. If you need to do some kind of processing with them, they are stored in the #__admintools_logs table.
