As noted in our release announcement, Admin Tools 2.3.x is compatible with Joomla! 2.5.1 and later only. You have a Joomla! 1.5 site. This I know because you emailed me earlier today. Which reminds me, the information at the top of your support request is called "Mandatory information about my setup" because I need it to better help you, not because I am being difficult ;) Anyway, for Joomla! 1.5 sites you will need to use Admin Tools 2.2.10. The currently supported versions of each of my software per PHP and Joomla! version can be found in the version compatibility matrix. Please refer to it before trying to install something on your sites.
