Description of my issue: Subscribed for support on akeeba subscription but can not find submit ticket button on that page. I hope this goes to the right place or maybe my subscription level can be changed to enable support for that component.

My issue is this: When I try to test the subscription page at

http://www.sailblue.net/index.php/subscription-levels/new/gold?format=html&layout=default
or
www.sailblue.net then subscribe from menu

it fails out with various syntax errors, according to firebug. I'm not sure where to fix these. I've created 3 subscription levels, put them in a group, setup a coupon, setup google, paypal, and CB plugins, but when entering a new user, the subscription fails out. I believe something to do with the username never validating. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

You have subscribed to Admin Tools Professional. This doesn't include Akeeba Subscriptions support. You would need to buy a MINISUPPORT or AKEEBADELUXE subscription to get Akeeba Subscriptions support.

Regarding your question, you seem to be using a third party plug in or web server module which modifies the output. It does so in a manner which corrupts the (otherwise perfectly valid) Javascript generated by Akeeba Subscriptions. Since this is an issue with third party software I can't do much to help you :(

My apology, I did not notice the support packages were not retroactive until now. That's what I get for being in a hurry. :0 I would gladly purchase MINISUPPORT or AKEEBADELUXE subscription if it would help, but it doesn't seem like it will with a third party software issue?? Thank you.

I was thinking, what would be the best way to track down what is breaking my java? I found something on the siye is also reformatting the output of some flowplayer script as well. Any help or direction is much appreciated!

HI James,

Yeah, there is normally no point in paying for help with third party software. Well, since we are at it let me share some ideas. It's all trial and error.

First try disabling system plugins one by one and reload your page, trying to see when the output stops being reformatted.

If that doesn't help, try removing your .htaccess file and replace it with Joomla!' stock htaccess.txt, renamed to .htaccess.

If this still doesn't help, please contact your host. I suspect they may be using mod_pagespeed, an experimental web server module which tries to optimise the page output but may cause scripts to malfunction.
