Description of my issue:

I enabled "Convert all links to HTTPS when site is accessed over SSL" option in SEO Tools, but non-secure URLs are still being delivered within pages accessed over SSL.

Please help.

First please make sure that the Admin Tools plugin is enabled and published before any other plugin.

If this didn't help, are you using caching? If you do, remember that you need to clear both Joomla!'s and your browser's cache before you see the changes. If you are using a CDN you have to invalidate the CDN content after toggling this feature.

Finally, please note that using caching and having a site which can both be accessed by HTTP and HTTPS is a very bad idea. In that case Joomla! might cache a copy of the page generated while the site is being accessed under HTTP. This means that the Admin Tools feature is not active and no link changes to HTTPS. When the site is then served over HTTPS, the cached page will be served, serving the links with the HTTP, not HTTPS, protocol. In those cases you have to either use Force SSL: All pages in the site's Global Configuration or disable cache.

The plugin is #1 in system types. And I tried without cache, and it didn't work.

Not sure about CDN. I use GoDaddy 4GH hosting. Is that the same thing?

By the way, I use JReviews and the issue occurred when I open a listing. There's a Facebook like button that is showing insecure link, which is not being converted by Admin Tools.

If no other solutions are available, what do you think could be a good and permanent workaround (htaccess, module, etc.)?

Please note that not all links can be converted. For example, you can't have secure Facebook login because Facebook doesn't offer that feature and even if they eventually do it will require special support from the software which is using the FB login.
