Have you considered creating a sitemap extension? Seems with the file scanner already built into Admin Tools, you could use some of that code.
I used to use Xmap, but it seems to have all sorts of bugs lately. I'm currently using a non-joomla script that isn't the greatest for joomla sites.
Your extensions are so good, I know you could come up with something that actually works. :)
