Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the related troubleshooter articles above before posting (which pages?)? Yes
Have I searched the tickets before posting? Yes and searched other forums.
Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? Yes mainly to do with security.
Joomla! version: 2.5
PHP version: 5.3.10
MySQL version: 5.1.63
Host: We own the server and it is a new Linux server
Admin Tools version: Admin Tools Professional 2.2.9

Description of my issue:
When I try to add a new user as anything except a Registered user I get the following error. This does not occur with another install of Joomla 2.5 on the same server without Admin tools installed.

For what it's worth, this site should have already helped you find that information.

This information is already added in Admin Tools' troubleshooter page since over a year ago. The title of the relevant article contains the keyword "403".

When typing the title of the new ticket you are presented with 10 possibly relevant tickets and troubleshooting pages. The sixth link is the troubleshooter page with the instructions. If you give a more descriptive title, e.g. "403 when trying to edit users" the correct link comes up first. Our ticket system is smart. If you give a descriptive title it figures out what you're talking about and gives you good advice :)
