Description of my issue:

Hello, just bought it, installed it, entered my ID, but still, i see flashing: You need to specify your Download ID before you can receive updates...

Any way to solve this?

Please follow our instructions. Make sure that you are entering the correct Download ID and you are not adding any space or other character in the beginning, end or middle of the Download ID.

had the wrong ID (from top table next to level and payment...)
its ok now...

btw nicholas, what type of "forum" is this?
I dont see a name...

It's not a forum, it's our ticket system. And I mean "our". It's developed in-house and called Akeeba Ticket System :)
