To the best of my knowledge there are only two: jUpgrade and SP Upgrade. I've used both. IMHO, jUpgrade can transfer more third party components' data, but is prone to break and screw up internal links. SP Upgrade works more smoothly and is the ideal tool if you know what you're doing. As for me, well, I am a developer and I didn't hesitate writing some extra scripts of my own to help me with my site upgrades, scripts specific to each and every different upgrade :)
