Description of my issue:
I logged in my account and I cannot download Admin Tools Pro. There are Admin Tools Core and Documentation (PDF) on the download page only. What is wrong?

Hello Ray,

You cannot download Admin Tools Professional because you only have a MINISUPPORT subscription which gives you access to support only. As noted in our Subscribe page under MINISUPPORT: "You won't have access to Professional versions of our software with this subscription level"
