Description of my issue: I renewed my license for Admin Tools Pro, but it is not accessible in my account, only the renewal for Backup Pro I did the same day shows in my account. I sent and e-mail to Nicholas on Tuesday June 19th, and have not received any response.

I had never received an email from you on June 19th. It seems that you tried buying the AKEEBAPRO subscription before the ATPRO subscription was paid, or at least before PayPal notified us that the transaction is complete or pending approval. This caused the ATPRO subscription attempt to be erased from your subscriptions history. I have now manually activated your ATPRO subscription. You should have also received an email about it. Please log out and back in to your account in order to have access to Admin Tools Professional.
