Missy
Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the related troubleshooter articles above before posting (which pages?)? Yes
Have I searched the tickets before posting? Yes
Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? 36
Joomla! version: 2.55
PHP version: 5.3.13
MySQL version: 5.1.56-log
Host: pair.com
Admin Tools version: 2.2.8

Description of my issue:

This is NOT an issue. It is a suggestion that you may wish to put a warning in your documentation on page 36 - for users of JComments -

You cannot submit comments if you set "Remove all instances of Joomla from the output" to Yes. This causes a problem with a link to JComments' ajax library. See joomlatune forum posting I had this same problem as described on the joomlatune's forum, and it was fixed by changing the Admin Tools setting to No.

Thanks for a truly wonderful product, and superb documentation!! It is a pleasure to experience such excellence! :)

I will do something better. I will remove this option, as it makes no sense :)
