Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the related troubleshooter articles above before posting (which pages?)? I have searched for FILE BROWSER, JCKeditor and CKeditor. Nothing
Have I searched the tickets before posting? YES
Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? No
Joomla! version: 2.5.4
PHP version: 5.2.17
MySQL version: 5.1.63
Host: BlueHost
Admin Tools version: 2.2.6 Professional

Description of my issue:
Whenever I try to use the File Browser in any editor, it doesn't allow me to browse. The configuration for ProTools is mostly stock. It was working before I installed. I have tried multiple browsers under multiple OS's

I assume that this happened right after you applied .htaccess Maker. Here are the troubleshooting instructions: https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/troubleshooter/athtaccessexceptions.htmlFollowing them you should be able to resolve that issue. Most likely you have to also disable the file injection protection in .htaccess Maker and the DFIShield feature in the Configure WAF page.
