Description of my issue: Changing default Admin ID - I did this using Admn Tools option, so the admin ID is no longer ID=62 (the normal value for Joomla 1.5), but the Admin ID is now ID=42 ... the ID usually associated with Joomla 1.6. Should I be concerned? Otherwise, set-up of Admin Tools went smooth as silk! Great documentation.
