Description of my issue: Template = in URL

I get always the same message in my security exceptions log.
Template = in URL
These are always IP from users I know. But here in Belgium your IP changes all the time. You have to pay extra for a static IP. So only company's have a static IP
Otherwise I could include them in my white list.
How can I solve this because I had already user blocked. And I don't want this to happen again.

kind regards
kevin

Hi Kevin,

Most likely they are using Joomla!'s "send article by email" feature (the mail icon). The workaround should be simple. Go to Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF and set "Allow site templates" to Yes.
