Description of my issue:

I have just gone through a new install a couple times with the same results. After installing admin tools and akeeba backup i can't log into the admin. "You do not have access to the administrator section of this site." I even tried a new install and created a second super admin account, neither can log in!

Neither of my software does anything to Joomla!'s ACLs, Joomla! users or in another way interfere with the login process in a way which could cause that issue. I would like to help you figure out what the problem is, but I need you to fill in at least the following mandatory information:
