Description of my issue:
After successfully installing version 2.2.5 on my Joomla 2.5.4 system I got the Download ID from this site and followed the instructions. I inserted the Download ID in the AkeebaBackup.com Download ID field and it gives me an error message (Could not save data. Error: The database row is empty.) when I try to save it. See attached screenshot. I have this successfully running on another website of mine and no problems. What should I do in this case?
