Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the related troubleshooter articles above before posting (which pages?)? No
Have I searched the tickets before posting? N/A
Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? Yes
Joomla! version: (2.5.4)
PHP version: (5.2.1.7)
MySQL version: (5.1.61)
Host: (BlueHost)
Admin Tools version: (2.2.5)

Description of my suggestion:

I have several add-on domains located under a primary domain. When I run the PHP File Change Scanner in each of the add-on domains, the tool scans only the files and folders for that domain. However, if I run the scanner for the primary domain, it looks into all files and folders in public_html. Soooo...since Akeeba Backup allows me to fence off specific folders (those for the add-on domains, in my case), is there a possibility that this, or a similar, capability can be added to Admin Tools?

Thanks for your time and consideration, Nicholas!

[By the way, I amvery glad I made the change to Admin Tools Pro over OSE Anti Hacker.]
