#12166 Upgrade to 2.5 from 1.7 option missing?

Joomla! version: 1.7.5
PHP version: (unknown)

Admin Tools version: 2.2.5 pro

Description of my issue:

The site is up to date as far as version 1.7 Joomla goes, but I wish to upgrade to Joomla 2.5 - there is no option to do so!

As stated in the release announcement:
WARNING: This version is only compatible with Joomla! 1.5 and 2.5. It will not work at all on Joomla! 1.6 and we do not support using it on Joomla! 1.7.
Moreover, as you can see in the Compatibility page the version you should install on a Joomla! 1.7 site is 2.2.a3. Please uninstall version 2.2.5 and install Admin Tools 2.2.a3. After upgrading to Joomla! 2.5, please upgrade to Admin Tools 2.2.5.
