Why do I get this emails, notify about the Security exception, but the IP in the notice is mine?

In my email:

We would like to notify you that a security exception was detected on your site, Meganoticias, with the following details:

IP Address: 187.173.216.194 (IP Lookup: http://ip-lookup.net/index.php?ip=187.173.216.194)
Reason: Admin Query String

If this kind of security exception repeats itself, please log in to your site's back-end and add this IP address to your Admin Tools's Web Application Firewall feature in order to completely block the misbehaving user.

This means that an unauthorised third party attempted to access your administrator login page, but he didn't know the secret URL string parameter (that's what the Reason: Admin Query String means), so Admin Tools blocked him and sent you an email with the details of the blocked attack.
