Description of my issue:
Hi,
after applying some of the tools provided my sites are showing broken css and image links. For ezample I have this page powered by Zoo from yootheme and the images are not showing up?
http://www.thebeautybed.com.au/our-team
I've also had a site break apart so much so that I have had to simply upload a back up.
Where am I going wrong as I love the idea of this software.

Many thanks,

Ben.

ps. I think I can narrow this down to changing the database prefix.

Hello Ben,

Please take a look at the troubleshooting page for the .htaccess Maker for information on how to fix this.

Please note that due to your use of GeoBlock, I can not access your site, therefore I can not see the problem myself. If you want me to be able to better help you, please add my static IP address 212.70.213.223 to the "Never block these IPs" field in Configure WAF, or disable the GeoBlock and then post back on this topic so that I can take a look at your site. That said, I am quite sure that the database table prefix change can't cause broken images, unless something is very broken in your Zoo application.

Like to take this opportunity to thank you for your incredible software. Akeeba backup has saved my arse countless times!

Many thanks,

Ben.

Hello Ben,

Thank you for your kind words!

As I thought, it's the .htaccess Maker, not the database prefix change, that caused this issue. Well, I cheated a bit as I know how Zoo works but if you followed those instructions you'd come to the same conclusion as me :) In order to let your Zoo images display you have to add
cache/com_zoo
in the "Allow direct access, except .php files, to these directories" field of the .htaccess Maker "Server Protection" pane, then click on the "Save and Create .htaccess" button.

If you have any other images, CSS, Javascript or other files not loading, please follow the instructions on the page I linked in my first reply. It will allow you to determine the exceptions all by yourself. Once you do it a couple of times it becomes extremely easy. Plus, you learn an important web site building skill, how to troubleshoot in-page issues :)
