Joomla! version: Joomla! 2.5.4 Stable
PHP version: 5.2.17
MySQL version: (unknown)
Host: (justhost)
Admin Tools version: 2.2.5

Description of my issue:
I have successfully install ATPro on 3 domains. 2 of the domains are working great!!! The funny thing is I have 2 installations with the same Host (justhost) 1 of the installations works great and the other does not. The security log does not work on one of the sites. I do get emails when I log in but nothing else.

The site that is not working is the main account on the hosting account. The site that is working is a joomla installation on an add on domain.

I reinstalled the component over the existing install and it still does not work.

I am stumped because the 2 of the 3 installs are working great!!! I think the product is awesome!

Please try re-downloading the component from our site (<-- that's the important part) and install it again on your site, without uninstalling your existing version. I suspect a broken package or a broken installation, so let's be sure that you have a fresh package and a full installation :)

Unfortunately that didn't work. I tried that just before I jumped on the forum. It is a little strange because the component works on the other site on the same server with no hassles.

On the problem site, the emails are working because I do get a notification when I log in and I'm assuming I may have emails sent to me when the security exception log is tripped - but it is empty

the components I have installed are:

Can you tell me what is it exactly that doesn't work and how you came to the conclusion that it doesn't work (including the exact error messages you may have received)? I can't solve a problem unless I know what the symptoms are. When you tell me "it doesn't work on this site" it's like saying to the doctor "I think I am sick today". Not quite the description a doctor could use to provide a treatment :)

Further clarification, as my message may seem a little obscure: I want to know if you tried to deliberately trigger the firewall, e.g. by enabling the administrator secret key feature and trying to log in to the back-end of your site without using the secret key in the URL. Just because you get no log entries it doesn't mean that something doesn't work, it may simply mean that your site is not being attacked.

sorry I wasn't descriptive enough

I have not seen any other triggers such as "geo ip block, bad behavior, log in failures, anything

There has not been one thing recorded on the security exception log. I have specifically tried to trip the log by entering an incorrect password and nothing - it doesn't register of email me.

In essence the security exceptions log is completely empty

I'm not trying to be a downer on the component - as a matter of fact - one of the other site blocked an ip for bad behavior which makes me feel go because it had a site defaced.

BTW - I also tried another installation over the previous and I have not received any notifications.

I'm thinking about uninstalling and reinstalling

It seems I may have fixed it - I uninstalled the component and re-installed it

I tried logging into admin area with the wrong password - it registered on the security exception log and I DID receive the email.

I will give it a couple of days and see what happens - but don't sweat it
