Description of my issue:

Hi, I backed up my Hosted joomla 1.5 website before removing it, then I tried to restore it on a localhost on my laptop, it kept saying that there was an error when trying to extract archive, I followed all the instructions but to no avail, I even tried it on two computers with different operating systems.
I then tried to install manually following your instructions, I downloaded archive extractor and that worked, however your instructions don't mention a database file that is in 3 parts, and I need to know how to restore the 3 parts of the database in order to see if I can get it to work.

Thank you
Acestu

You have to follow the instructions in the Unorthodox: the emergency restoration procedure documentation page. Everything in Step 3 should be performed for each one of joomla.sql, joomla.s01, joomla.s02 etc files, in that order.
