Description of my issue:
Fatal error: Class 'JUpdater' not found in /home/mallards/public_html/new/administrator/components/com_admintools/models/cpanel.php on line 283

Site was fine until I tried to update to the latest release... it said that the download id was not entered.

So I changed the download id to something different listed on your site... as soon as I saved that changed the nightmare began. Please help resolve :)

Assuming that you are using an Admin Tools version in the 2.2.x range, please note that as per our release announcements, Admin Tools 2.2.x is not compatible with Joomla! 1.7. Please read this. The instructions to manually uninstall the new release and install the latest version tested with Joomla! 1.7 can be found under "Installing / updating Admin Tools brought your site down"
