Regarding the secret URL parameter, you can follow our instructions.

Regarding the Super Administrator username & password, you can always create a new Super Administrator account, log in with the new account, then go to the User Manager and demote your old account to Registered and save. After doing that, you can either delete the old account (not recommended) or simply block the old account so that it can no longer log in (recommended).
