Can I use this troubleshooter ?:
Admin Tools' Web Application Firewall (WAF) locked you out of your site
Just not sure

Most likely you can use that troubleshooter document. However, if you give me some context, i.e. what you were trying to do when you got the 403, I might be able to better guide you.

Hi Nicolas...
I did not do something special, I just want to visit both my site front end and got the display like this, and tried to visit my back, the same
: www.ethicaldigest.com and castingacademy.net.
the display is like this :
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I contacted my hosting company, they said, some sites have been being disabled due to the plugins taking more memory (? I don't understand)...but this has been 3 days.

Could you suggest me, what should I do, and how I tell the hosting company.
Thanks

This is a server error page, something which happens long before Joomla! starts running and, of course, very long before any of my code has the chance to run. This error message comes from your host. It's either has to do with the largely unsatisfactory response by your host, or wrong permissions. Try giving all files 0644 and all folders 0777 permissions (using your FTP programme or your host's file manager). If this doesn't work, ask your host to reenable your site, then move your site to a decent host.
