It says the 2.2.4 update was due to a bug when changing the administrator ID. I used this feature in Admin Tools 2.2.2 I think. Was I affected by this bug. And how do I know that the administrator ID was changed sucessfully?

No, you couldn't have been affected. What happened is that trying to use this particular feature in 2.2.3 you would get a white page reading "HALT!" and nothing would happen. That's what I fixed.
