I have no idea which Joomla! version you have, therefore I will give you some run of the mill instructions which may or may not work.

Start by clearing the contents of your jos_session table (where jos_ is the database table name prefix used by your site). Then clear your cookies and cache, close your browser and retry logging in.

Joomla version is Joomla! 2.5.4.
I did cleared jos_session table already but it still did not work. I can Logon to frontend with no problems.
Here's what happened. When I got notification from Admin Tools about updates I clicked on link. I was able to log on and saw all menus. But after update of joomla via admin tools the only option I have is "Joomla is up to date". When I click on it it takes me to update page. Please advise.
Thanks.

This is known Joomla! 2.5.4 bug. At this point all I know is that there is a patch applied to Joomla!. I expect that a new Joomla! version will be released within the next few hours with instructions on how to solve this issue. Right now, your guess on what to do is as good as mine :(

Awesome. Thanks.

Do you know how can I apply this patch? It's not zip file. Or should I wait for them to make official announcement?
