Joomla! version: 2.5.4
PHP version: 5.2.17
MySQL version: 5.1.47
Host: (webreus.nl)
Admin Tools version: 2.2.2

Description of my issue:

After updating J2.5.3 to J2.5.4 I got these messages;
Refresh Manifest Cache failed: Extension is not currently installed.
Refresh Manifest Cache failed: Extension is not currently installed.
Refresh Manifest Cache failed: Extension is not currently installed.

Can you help me a bit in the right direction? Will you?

Normally you should just ignore them. They indicate that there is an update site definition in Joomla!'s database for an extension which is no longer installed. This is not something which has any effect on your site's functionality.
