Go to Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF and set the CSRFShield option to None. Click on Save. That should do the trick.

I made this ticket private so that only us can see its contents.

Please provide the following information:
- URL to your site
- Super Administrator username/password
- A URL to a page where I can see the comments form in the front-end
Please allow up to 24 hours for me to log in to your site and debug this issue. Usually it takes much less than that.

maybe this will help : what happened with compojoomcomment support :

Look at the source code. You have things like this:

you see it? id="ommentform" name="ommentform" - the original templates don't have ommetform??? This is a modified template.

Ok, found the problem! Go to your backend -> plugin manager -> find the admin tools plugin -> disable it and the comments will work!

Your admin tools is configured so that it overrides the output of your site and it replaces joomla with empty space. Because of this the id and name of the form were broken and the js + css were not properly applied.

Reconfigure admin tools and you should be good to go!

Cheers,
Daniel

OK, that helps. Go to Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF, find the "Remove all instances of Joomla from the output" option and disable it. Please read our documentation; I strongly advise you not to enable that option on the majority of sites in there.
