Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the related troubleshooter articles above before posting (which pages?)? yes
Have I searched the tickets before posting? yesHave I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? No
Joomla! version: 2.5
PHP version: (unknown)
MySQL version: (unknown)
Host: (optional, but it helps us help you)
Admin Tools version: 2.2.2
Description of my issue:
I configured the WAF to set an admin secret URL password. However, with that set, I cannot log out users from the back end - it logs out the admin instead. I created a completely new 2.5 site to make sure there were no other dependencies, and only configured the secret URL password in admin tools. Am I missing some other settings?
Thanks
Mary

I'm not sure what you are saying. If you try to log a user out, using the logout link in the administrator module, it logs out the current administrator who is performing this operation and not the user you selected?

Yes, that is correct. I was logged in to the admin panel, and user A logged in the the front end site. In the Site/Control Panel, next to the list of logged in users, I selected the "Logout" button next to User A, but I was logged out of the admin panel, and ended up in the front-end site, logged in as User A. I have a number of customizations in my main site which I suspected of being the problem. To debug, I created a completely new J 2.5 site, with Joomla sample content to isolate the problem. The above behaviour recurred after I added in Admin Tools (2.2.2) and enabled the secret URL password so I am pretty sure that this is the issue.

Hello Mary,

Thank you for your bug report. Indeed, this was a problem with Admin Tools Professional. When logging out, it is supposed to redirect you to the frontend of your site. However, the code which was detecting the logout was a little too aggressive and would be triggered even when the administrator was trying to log out a different user, one which is logged in only in the front-end.

I have now fixed this issue and published dev release rev27B6A94. Please download and install it on your site. Now retry logging out a front-end user. Your administrator should not be logged out again. Please confirm that it works for you. Thank you in advance!
