Description of my issue:

My download ID saved in options.

Trying to update to 2.2.1 displayed following error:
JFolder: :files: Path is not a folder. Path: /home/mysite/public_html/tmp/com_admintools_update
JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file

Invalid package type. The update can not proceed.

After creating this it did not show in 'my tickets' so 11581 was opened.
