Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? N/A
Joomla! version: 2.5.3
PHP version: 5.3.9
MySQL version: 5.1.56
Host: Rochen
Admin Tools version: 2.2.0 Pro

Description of my issue:
So to be frank, I don't remember the last time I used J! to upgrade J!. That said, when I did my update to 2.5.3 today with AT Pro, once again, past SQL updates were run. I don't know the impact on other sites, but for me, that continues adding the multilanguage status and J! version modules in the Module Manager as well as blanking my blacklist settings.

AS I've written in other threads, you have to use Admin Tools 2.2.0 or later to perform two consecutive Joomla! updates (e.g. 2.5.1 to 2.5.2 and 2.5.2 to 2.5.3). On the first update, all SQL files will run and the schema table will be updated. On the second update, only new SQL files will run. The problem was that previous versions did not update the schema table at all, therefore 2.2.0 can't possibly know which are the latest SQL files to run.

So assuming 2.5.4 actually has all the fixes that have been committed over the last couple months, then that update shouldn't re-run all of the updates using AT, correct? I was under the impression that since I've updated to 2.5.2 and 2.5.3 with AT, that with this release, it shouldn't of happened again. Just trying to make sure I fully understand what exactly is supposed to happen since obviously I didn't get it the first time.

Yup, 2.5.4 should install without running all SQL files since the Beginning of Time.

Alternatively, if you've done your last Joomla! upgrade using the Joomla! extensions installer (not Admin Tools), then upgrading Joomla! with Admin Tools 2.2.0 or later should also work.

As I said: Admin Tools up to and including 2.2.a3 did not update the #__schemas table when they were updating J!. AT 2.2.0 does (it actually uses JInstaller to install the joomla.xml file in your site's root, so technically it's JInstaller updating the #__schemas table, but I digress).

I've been explaining that since I released Admin Tools 2.2.0 and for each and every Joomla! 2.5 upgrade: 2.5.1, 2.5.2 and now 2.5.3. *sigh*
