Each notification you receive displays the Reason of the block. I will need that before telling you what to change.

Moreover, you can add the bots IPs in the "Never block these IPs" section in Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF page.

I get this sometimes allot when i try to check my site with various benchmark sites,
or when i post a new comment on twitter and so on and on...

the reason is: Header 'Pragma'without 'cache-control' prohibited for HTTP/1.1 requests

Do you maybe know a list of stable ip adresses for bots, so i can insert those to be sure that i dont block those out?

btw thnx for the waf tip

You have to go to the same Configure WAF page and disable the Bad Behaviour integration (it's towards the bottom half of the page)

So i have setted Bad Behaviour integeration to:

Bad behaviour filter: off
strict Mode: off

what bad things can their be happen now when their off? Or nothing siruous..?

Mzz Deleted the ip adress from blacklist and bad behaviour list, refrest page, cleaned up cache, even disabled admin pro tools... still cant connect for example on http://www.metatags.nl/analyse_van_uw_metatags
always get an 500 error on it, when i insert other sides it goes just fine :s

In this case, your problem is not related to Admin Tools. A 500 error means that something wrong happened with your site. Admin Tools displays an error message and returns HTTP status 200 (if you're using the customisable page, enabled by default in 2.2.0) or 403 (using the classic way of displaying a Joomla! error page). In no event does it return a 500 error.
