Admin Tools version: can't remeber just updated

Description of my issue: I have just tried to log into my site & get the following page/message
Incorrect file format 'fv1lz_session' SQL=INSERT INTO `fv1lz_session` (`session_id`, `client_id`, `time`) VALUES ('276d9dd3b2ac1b41c8f82030952bf1df', 0, '1329863911')
How can I get my site back? Have i been hacked or is there some other error?

No, you're not hacked, something got screwed up with your database. Please contact your host and give them the same information you gave to us so that they can help you.
