Description of my issue:
After installing of the Admin Tools on 2.5.1 I get this error during the discovering:

Laden XML bestand mislukt
/home/leslommers/domains/leslommers.com/public_html/administrator/modules/mod_atjupgrade/mod_atjupgrade.xml
XML: failed to load external entity "/home/leslommers/domains/leslommers.com/public_html/administrator/modules/mod_atjupgrade/mod_atjupgrade.xml"

I saw your solution to it with the bwowser cache, but that's not working :-(.

You can safely ignore this warning. The component installs despite it.
