Dear Sir,

I have purchase the admin tools and backup tools, i have install the admin tools in my websites,

so when i go to user manager and click on a user and try to change the password, it getting me two a 403 error page, and can't change the password, so can anyone tell me how to fix this issue and what is the way to fix it up?
