Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the related troubleshooter articles above before posting (which pages?)? yes
Have I searched the tickets before posting? yes
Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? yes
Joomla! version: 2.5.1
PHP version: 5.2.17
MySQL version: (unknown)
Host: (optional, but it helps us help you)
Admin Tools version: 2.2a3

Description of my issue:
Thumbnails and pictures wont show in Image Gallery Pro in K2. I believe this has something to do with the rights of the cache folder:

The "/cache" folder has wrong "owner" permissions. [Comment: 755 after fix permission] Wrong "owner"
permissions may incur for various reasons. E.g. you migrated your site
to your new host and the old file/folder "owner" was maintained in some
folders, including your "/cache" folder.

You don't have permission to access /plugins/content/jw_sigpro/jw_sigpro/includes/download.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Has it anything to do with Admin Tools Fix Permissions?

Perfect! Sorry about putting you through this "baptism by fire" ritual by pointing you to the documentation instead of handing over the exact URL. I wanted you to see how easy it is to solve this kind of issues. The upside to solving that issue is that you are now fully trained to handle any .htaccess issue you might run into any other site with any component, module, plugin or template. This comes in extremely handy if you have a client with a problem or when you need to tighten your site's security on your own.
