Description of my issue:I am trying to update to the latest version of Admin tools from the previous vesion and I am getting this error:

Backup Failed
The backup operation has been halted because an error was detected.
The last error message was:

AJAX Loading Error
HTTP Status: 500 (Method setConfigOverrides not found in Akeeba Platform)
Internal status: error
XHR ReadyState: 4
Raw server response:
500 - An error has occurred.
Method setConfigOverrides not found in Akeeba Platform

I have tried Live Update and by installing the zip file and both give same error.

I did just install the latest version of Akeeba Backup from the pervious version.

Go to Extensions, Plugin Manager, find the "System - System Restore Points" plugin and unpublish it. Then retry Live Update. It should work now.

Yes, but before doing that please upgrade Akeeba Backup Professional as well. The problem you got indicates that your Akeeba Backup installation is corrupt or misconfigured. Therefore it's best to upgrade Akeeba Backup itself before doing anything else :)

I do have the latest version. I updated Akeeba Backup before I updated Admin Tools.
Should I try to run the Akeeba update again?

No, but please do try taking a backup. If that fails, try reconfiguring Akeeba Backup.
