There is only one version of Admin Tools Professional and it installs on Joomla! 1.5, 1.6 and 1.7. Just go to Downloads, Official, click on Admin Tools, click the latest release number, click on "Admin Tools Professional".
Alternatively, just visit https://www.akeebabackup.com/latest (Downloads, Latest from the top menu) and find the Admin Tools Professional item.
