Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the related troubleshooter articles above before posting (which pages?)? No
Have I searched the forum before posting? Yes
Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? yes
Joomla! version: (1.7.3)
PHP version: (5.2.16)
MySQL version: (5.0.92)
Host: (optional, but it helps us help you)
Admin Tools version: (2.1.13)

Description of my issue:
Just installed Pro Version and set secret URL parameter. I can log in as a Super Administrator using this parameter and want to find out how do I now give other users given administrator privileges access to log into the back end?

The secret word is just a gatekeeper to the login page. You also need to create Manager or Administrator users for your other administrators. Then, give them the full URL to access the back-end, including the secret word, e.g. http://www.example.com/administrator/index.php?secret, and their username/password pair. That's all they need.
