What is the process of upgrading from 1.5.23 to 1.5.24 joomla using Pro Tool admintools

Well, it's simple.

Go to your site's back-end. Click on Components, Admin Tools. You will see a button which says that a Joomla! core update was found. Click on it. Click on "Upgrade to 1.5.24". After a while, a new page appears. Click on the button to start the upgrade. Sit back and wait. You will see the numbers regarding the extracted size and files increase. Then, the page reloads. That's it, your site is upgraded to 1.5.24!
