Description of my issue: I discovered today that a videoplayer that was working fine for over a year on this page is not loading the playlist. I first checked to see that I had the most recent versions of the component and plugin and verified that the parameters were set properly.
Then I noticed that the "last played" date in that playlist was just before I installed Admin tools.

continued…

I assume it's a WAF setting, but I'm not sure exactly how to address the issue.

mate, the fastest way to check if its AT this to simple go the the plugins manager and unpublish the admin tools plugin in position -30000. This disable all admin tools functions. Test to see if the problem is still persistent. If it is, obviously its nothing to do with AT, if its gone on the other hand, it will require some tweaking, most probably to the WAF exceptions. Dont forget to republish plugin.

Sorry mate, before you go ahead and do all the above (stupid me didnt realise you posted a link and have seen it after your post)

Ok so the below is your 1st problem.

plugins/content/jxtcvtubepro/xml.php?p=1Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

Ok so this involves adding an exception to the htacces maker of AT. So enter htaccess maker and under server protection, you will see a part which says " allow direct access to these files ". You will need to add, plugins/content/jxtcvtubepro/xml.php Save and you problem should be fixed.

You have another undefined error from you tube, however most likely beacuse you have change/removed the path to the video.

You should be good to go mate.

ginjg
thanks! that last fixed the problem.

When you said there was a you tube exception I was momentarily confused because none of the videos are you tube. The I remembered that one thing I tried was to put the full file paths. So I made it worse because, evidently, that also breaks the link for videos in the image folder. After editing htaccess, I changed them back and all is better

slaes
its good when you manage to fix a problem, right.

glad to hear it solved it for you.
