I know the URL works. I removed the 0s. I tried it from my browser. However, Seoquake does not seem to use this URL. If they use this URL we may have problem depending of if they use GET or POST. Also, the user agent string they use matters.
Another thing. Please go to Components, Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall, Exceptions Log. Do you see anything blocked there when Seoquake tries to ping your site? If you do, what is the IP address? We can add it to a list of allowed IPs.
