#41384 Delete thousands of records from exceptions log

Hi

I have over the years had many, many entries in the Exceptions log for the firewall and would like to remove them a bit faster than what is available to me with my current info.

I can increase the number of visible items in the list and do a bulk remove but this limits each time to a maximum of 999 items, since that is the max of that list.

I did searching to find that there is (was) a parameter to maximize number of entries in the log but I cannot find it in the wordpress version of Admin tools.

Any help will be appreciated on how to bulk remove thousands of records.

Hello,

you can easily do that automatically inside Admin Tools plugin. In the homepage there's the button "Plugin parameters". In the field "Maximum security exceptions log entries" you can specify how many records you should keep. Admin Tools will slowly delete everything that exceeds that amount.
