Just moved a site into production and although the form submissions I put in during the test phase worked for me and my email address, the client is having issues. When he tries to submit a form, nothing happens. No error message etc. However, it works for me just fine (and he receives the emails that come from my submission). This was strange but then I noticed several DFIShield issues in the exceptions log from his IP address.

Why would the client get this exception when I don't. I can assure you, he's not trying to do anything nefarious to his own website.

The site is running the latest version of Admin Tools (updated yesterday) and uses the Divi theme. The form is the Divi contact form.

EDIT: After deactivating AdminTools, client confirmed that the form worked as expected and that the submission details were sent to his email account.

Thanks

Hello,

is it possible to have a screenshot of the Security Exception Log, with your customer IP?

I suspect somehow there's a raw URL being injected inside the request, something that seems pretty common in WordPress, but it triggers a security exception in Admin Tools
